Ultimate Peaks is seeking a Director, Corporate Security and Services. This full-time role involves overseeing security and asset protection across the company's national network, including its estate and fleet operations. The position focuses on ensuring the integrity of all company assets, whether in transit, stored, or at various locations.

Role Overview

The Director, Corporate Security and Services will be responsible for the comprehensive security and asset protection framework. This is not a traditional guarding role but rather an accountability for the entire security infrastructure and operational integrity across the group's extensive network. The role requires a strategic approach to managing security operations, asset protection, and the supporting facilities and fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing security operations across all sites within the Kingdom as a unified system.
• Implementing asset protection, loss prevention, and loss investigation strategies, with a focus on measurable results.
• Overseeing CCTV, access control, and physical security systems, including standards, upgrades, and integration.
• Managing facilities, utilities, and the estate that supports the network.
• Ensuring fleet compliance, utilization, and cost efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience running a distributed security operation across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated experience in asset protection or loss prevention within logistics, retail, or a comparable high-volume environment.
• Ability to lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and commitment to developing career paths for team members.
• Competence in facilities and fleet management, or the judgment to hire and manage relevant expertise.
• Understanding the distinction between site guarding and comprehensive asset protection.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding and practical application of the required skills.
