Director of Asset Management

About the Role

Ruya Recruitment is seeking a Director of Asset Management for a full-time position in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role involves overseeing hospitality assets and contributing to long-term business performance for an established client organization. The focus of this position is on asset optimization, commercial performance, and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hospitality asset performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with hotel operators and key stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate annual operating budgets, financial performance, and cost structures.
• Drive revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy, revenue, and operating costs.
• Support strategic initiatives and oversee wider asset management activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong commercial understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Experience working with hotel operators or representing asset owners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive asset performance.
• Experience within the Saudi hospitality market is strongly preferred.
