The Role: Employee Health Physician

Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Employee Health Physician to join its professional team. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the health and well-being of the organization's workforce, ensuring a safe, productive, and healthy work environment for all employees within the medical centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive pre-employment medical examinations and periodic health assessments for staff.
• Managing occupational injuries and illnesses, including accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and facilitating safe return-to-work programs.
• Providing expert medical advice and guidance on workplace health and safety issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Developing and implementing proactive employee wellness programs and health promotion initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee health records in accordance with medical and privacy standards.
• Collaborating with Human Resources and safety departments to foster a culture of health and safety within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice as a Physician.
• Board certification or demonstrated experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a closely related specialty is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in employee health, occupational medicine, or a similar clinical setting focused on workforce well-being.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
