About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve operational problems as they arise and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements, developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products or activities.
• Coordinate the implementation of well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking opportunities for automation.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Design Mechanical Engineer position must possess 2-5 years of professional experience in mechanical design engineering. This experience should include a proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
