About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineer III to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position involves maintaining hotel facilities and responding to guest repair requests, ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and address customer repair requests and maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, and conduct visual inspections.
• Transport necessary equipment such as tools and radios.
• Identify, locate, and operate all equipment shut-off valves.
• Manage maintenance inventory, order parts and supplies as needed, and record unfinished tasks before shift changes.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies, report hazards or incidents, complete required safety training, and properly store flammable materials.
• Maintain a professional appearance, wear a complete work uniform, ensure confidentiality of company information, and protect company property.
• Welcome guests according to brand standards, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop positive professional relationships with colleagues, collaborate to achieve common goals, and communicate effectively.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing loads up to 23 kilograms independently.
• Navigate stairs, service access, and ladders, and perform movements such as bending, turning, pulling, and stooping.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management that align with the position.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant engineering or maintenance role.
