The Executive Assistant META Role

Clarios is seeking an Executive Assistant for the META region. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to regional leadership, contributing to the operational success of the company within a global market. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the General Manager's complex calendar across multiple time zones, prioritizing meetings, travel, and business commitments.
Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, material distribution, logistics, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Office, managing correspondence, requests, and communications with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare and maintain executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and confidential documentation.
Support leadership meetings, regional business reviews, town halls, executive visits, and board-related activities.
Build relationships with senior leaders, functional teams, external partners, government stakeholders, and other key contacts across the region.
Track commitments, approvals, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
Manage expense reports, purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative processes in compliance with company policies.
Support special projects, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Handle highly confidential business and people-related information with integrity and discretion.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in an executive support role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. The role requires an individual capable of managing complex schedules and sensitive information across diverse stakeholders and time zones.
