About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations within its hotel in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves directing the preparation and production of hotel meals, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and cost control. The Executive Chef will be responsible for enhancing menu offerings and optimizing kitchen operations to align with the hotel's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct culinary operations, including the preparation and production of hotel meals, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cost controls, and overall profitability.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop new menus and individual menu items, incorporating current food trends and regional tastes.
• Engage with guests and clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met and culinary operations support the hotel’s objectives.
• Streamline kitchen systems, processes, and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Drive team engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, promoting a culture committed to guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in culinary operations.
