About the F&B Service Expert Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience beyond standard food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will take initiative to offer a comprehensive range of services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables according to established standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive experience.
Clean work and storage areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Duties

Create and maintain a safe workspace.
Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures.
Maintain high-quality service standards.
Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Review the menu to verify information and offerings.
Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
Reach high places and bend down as required.
Execute movements involving bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.
Perform these and other reasonable tasks as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None required.
