F&B Coordinator Saudi National

About the Role

St. Regis is seeking an F&B Coordinator - Saudi National to serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This full-time role involves communicating with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and requests, ensuring efficient operations within the Food & Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to questions and requests via phone and email.
• Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, and reservations, and answer guest inquiries.
• Operate standard office equipment, including computers and/or point of sale systems, to enter and locate work-related information.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
• Proofread and edit written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, preparing and reviewing accurate written documents.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• Support the team to achieve common goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
