About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences that extend beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to ensure guests enjoy their overall experience.

Key Duties

Setting tables according to established standards.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
Cleaning work areas and storage spaces to maintain hygiene standards.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe workspace for all team members and guests.
Adhering to all company guidelines and operational procedures.
Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
Reviewing the menu to verify information and understand offerings.
Performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
Reaching high places and bending down as required by the role.
Executing movements that involve bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None.
