About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Field Service Supervisor Services to lead a team of service technicians in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is specifically for Saudi Nationals and involves overseeing Facilities Management Contracts or large service sites. The supervisor will ensure contractual requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded, while also contributing individually to chargeable work.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary purpose of this position is to lead a service team, developing their skills and management discipline to deliver services efficiently and within planned gross margins. The Field Service Supervisor will leverage Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) tools, processes, and best practices to achieve the team's financial and productivity metrics, maintaining a 100% job chargeable contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain acceptable levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any related issues.
Review Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and implement proactive actions.
Identify opportunities for system upgrades, spot service needs, maintenance contract additions, and other sales leads, both individually and with the assigned team.
Manage the service team's financial performance, monitoring monthly performance and reviewing available-to-spend versus actuals for contracts.
Continuously improve service operational metrics.
Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and materials, while maintaining and controlling inventory levels.
Support the implementation and compliance of productivity-enhancing processes related to service delivery within the scope of responsibility.
Lead and manage the service team in adopting, implementing, and complying with HBS Global and EMEAI policies, processes, procedures, service tools, and business best practices.
Set and implement quality standards (*, quality processes, service manuals, hour reporting) and ensure the service team meets performance expectations.
Maximize contract escalation and renewal opportunities against plan and control cancellations at the planned level.
Participate in estimate review processes before quoting jobs or contracts to ensure labor estimates are accurate and work is technically achievable.
Ensure subcontracts, where applicable, are complete and documented.
Ensure proper resourcing for service contracts, additional works, and small service projects.
Manage the selection and oversight of subcontractors for various jobs, in conjunction with the supply team where appropriate.
