About the Role: Graduate Geologist

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a Graduate Geologist to join the Fleet and Tahreez geoscience team. This full-time position is designed for recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop a strong technical foundation in geology. The role offers practical experience through fieldwork, data analysis, technical studies, and collaboration with experienced geoscientists.

Role Progression and Development

Through mentorship, hands-on project work, and a structured development pathway, the Graduate Geologist will progressively assume greater technical ownership and independence. This role is intended to foster growth towards a Project Geologist position, with contributions directly impacting customer exploration programs from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support geological data compilation, mapping, and interpretation based on data from field programs.
• Assist with the compilation, quality control, and interpretation of geological and exploration data.
• Prepare and update geological maps, sections, logs, and other technical documentation.
• Assist senior geologists with geological interpretation and exploration studies.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of geological observations, samples, and project data.
• Collaborate with Geologists, Geophysicists, and other technical disciplines.
• Adhere to company HSE requirements and safe working practices at all times.
• Develop knowledge of relevant geological software, tools, and industry practices.
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills through training and mentoring.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Recent graduate with 0-2 years of experience.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.
• Good understanding of basic geological principles, field techniques, and geological interpretation.
