About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily banquet operations and ensuring a high standard of guest experience within the Food and Beverage outlets. The supervisor will play a key role in the planning, execution, and breakdown of various events, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute various events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring all items such as linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Supervise the breakdown of function rooms and ensure all equipment is properly stored for future events.
• Manage the Food and Beverage team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition of performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
