Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily banquet operations in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth execution of various events within the hotel's Food and Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all guest interactions, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of F&B events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Supervise the setup of function rooms, ensuring all linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Ensure proper breakdown of function rooms and correct storage of all equipment for subsequent events.
• Oversee the F&B team, which includes scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition of team members.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain high standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
