About the Golang Developer Role

Hire Feed is seeking a Golang Developer for a contract position in Saudi Arabia. This role involves the design and implementation of scalable backend services using Go (Golang) within a microservices architecture. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services using Go (Golang) for distributed systems.
• Optimize existing services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Debug and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go (Golang) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization.
