About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Agent for a full-time position. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Agents are empowered to deliver a range of services throughout a guest's stay, ensuring operational needs are met and requests are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
Completing necessary reports and sharing information about the local area.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets.
Maintaining quality standards and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
