Role Summary

The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for creating a memorable and personalized experience for guests throughout their stay. This role involves proactive engagement to guide guests from check-in to check-out, addressing their needs, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Guest Experience Agent operates with autonomy to deliver comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
Ensure all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Professional Standards and Physical Requirements

Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
Ensure quality standards are met and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
Saudi National.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver comprehensive guest services.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in the Red Sea region. The role requires individuals who are outgoing and committed to providing service that is genuine and attentive to guest needs.
