About the Role

Edition is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing guest registration, ensuring accurate payment processing, and providing comprehensive support to guests throughout their stay. The supervisor will also assist management in staff training and development, acting as a primary point of contact for fair treatment and open-door policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process guest registrations, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and activate room keys.
• Create accurate guest accounts, including Marriott Rewards information, and ensure rates comply with market standards.
• Obtain payments before key issuance and verify/adjust billing statements.
• Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists; complete cashier and closing reports.
• Provide guests with directions, hotel information, and respond to requests by coordinating with appropriate staff.
• Process all forms of payment, vouchers, disbursements, and expenses; balance and drop receipts.
• Manage the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, obtain manual authorizations, and adhere to accounting procedures.
• Report any guest theft complaints to Loss Prevention or Security.
• Assist management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching.
• Maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and address employee concerns appropriately.
• Adhere to company policies, report incidents, ensure professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and handle phone calls using proper protocol.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and utilize computer/POS systems for information entry and retrieval.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
