About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience professional for a full-time position. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert guides guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of services to guests, taking initiative to meet their needs.
• Processing operational requirements and addressing guest requests efficiently.
• Completing necessary reports and documentation accurately.
• Sharing information about local attractions and highlights to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. It also involves a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None specified.
