About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Taking initiative to address guest requests and operational needs.
Processing necessary transactions and completing reports.
Sharing information about local area highlights with guests.
Ensuring all interactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Expectations

Creating and maintaining a safe work environment.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Protecting company assets.
Upholding established quality standards in all tasks.
Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will also engage in hands-on work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
