HiPo & Leadership Development Analyst

About the Role

SANS is seeking a HiPo & Leadership Development Analyst to join their team. This full-time role involves supporting the design, execution, and evaluation of key talent development initiatives within the organization. The analyst will contribute to programs focused on leadership development, competency assessment, and addressing skill gaps.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the administration and enhancement of SANS' talent planning and development programs. This includes contributing to the full lifecycle of leadership development initiatives, from initial design to final evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for talent growth and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of leadership development programs.
• Support the execution of talent planning and development initiatives.
• Contribute to the evaluation of leadership development programs.
• Aid in competency evaluation processes.
• Support efforts to identify and fulfill skill gaps within the organization.
• Perform administrative tasks related to SANS' talent development programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• A background demonstrating an understanding of talent development principles is preferred.
