About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Hostess - Saudi National to join its team. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences, extending beyond basic service to ensure guests enjoy their meals in a distinctive environment. The Hostess will play a key role in guest interaction and service delivery.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all guest transactions contribute positively to the overall experience.
• Contributing to the maintenance of a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a related guest service role.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over varied surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, such as menus.
• Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
