Role Purpose and Contribution

Guest Environment Experts are responsible for a range of housekeeping functions, working autonomously to fulfill guest requests, manage inventory, and maintain both guest rooms and public areas. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking and organizing housekeeping carts.
• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to established standards.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces within the hotel.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
