About Accor and SLS The Red Sea

Accor is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor (Saudi National) for SLS The Red Sea. SLS The Red Sea is a resort located on the Red Sea coast, featuring 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. The resort is part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio and is known for its design and service standards.

Role Summary

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, comfort, and presentation standards. This full-time role involves supporting daily housekeeping operations, guiding the team, inspecting areas, and coordinating with other resort departments to maintain guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned floors and areas.
Assign and follow up on daily tasks for the housekeeping team.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special guest requirements.
Support the team with daily briefings, coaching, and on-the-job training.
Respond to guest requests and ensure proper follow-up.
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other resort departments.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, equipment, pantries, and trolleys.
Ensure safety, lost and found, key control, and housekeeping procedures are followed.
Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and daily operational reporting.
Maintain grooming, service, and professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
Ability to supervise daily housekeeping operations effectively.
Demonstrated understanding of cleanliness and presentation standards.
Experience in coordinating with various departments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position at SLS The Red Sea, where the focus is on delivering a guest experience through attention to detail and inter-departmental coordination.
