Key Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across Moyasar.
• Plan internal events, activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Support the employee journey from onboarding through offboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee surveys and collect feedback.
• Translate employee feedback into practical improvement initiatives.
• Support internal HR communications and company announcements.
• Improve the onboarding and new-joiner experience.
• Support recognition, wellbeing, and team-building initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with managers and employees across different teams.
• Track employee engagement activities and related HR metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment
