Position Summary

Meem For Hotel Management and Operation is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and executing daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient employee services across the organization. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing contracts, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.

Core HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, contract renewals, amendments, and various employee letters.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documents and procedures are completed efficiently.
  • Process employee transactions, including transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, leave requests, attendance records, and terminations.

Payroll and Government Relations

  • Monitor employee attendance, working hours, absences, and leave balances, coordinating with payroll for any necessary deductions or adjustments.
  • Support monthly payroll preparation by reviewing employee data, attendance records, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
  • Manage employee registrations and updates through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
  • Coordinate residency permits, work permits, sponsorship transfers, exit and re-entry visas, and other employee-related government procedures.
  • Monitor the expiry dates of contracts, residency permits, work permits, medical insurance, and other official documents to ensure timely renewal.

Employee Support and Reporting

  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests concerning HR policies, contracts, payroll, benefits, leave, and government procedures.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters, salary certificates, experience certificates, warnings, and other official correspondence.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, attendance, leave, contract status, and employee movement reports.

Compliance and Departmental Coordination

  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, Saudi Labor Law, and all applicable government regulations.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and ensure all HR information is handled securely and professionally.
  • Coordinate with finance, payroll, recruitment, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of HR processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required employee records and HR documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance employee services, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources operations or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing diverse HR functions effectively.
