Inventory controller

About the Role

Dallah Healthcare is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and control inventory levels, accuracy, and processes. This full-time role focuses on ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing costs and losses across all operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses and locations.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts, reconciling any discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory levels and recommend appropriate reorder points, safety stock, and min/max levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure continuous stock availability.
• Track slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory, recommending disposal or markdown actions as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory reports covering stock levels, turnover, aging, and variance analysis.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all inventory control policies and procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory closing processes and audits.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems, including ERP/WMS.
• Monitor damaged, expired, or returned goods and process them according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
