About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Liaisonman to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating personnel and logistical operations, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with various requirements. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
• Follow up on visas, medical examinations, training certificates, and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to manpower and personnel movements.
• Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE departments, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Efficiently resolve daily personnel and logistical issues.
• Ensure adherence to both client and company requirements.

Duties

• Coordinate effectively between onshore teams, offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar liaison or coordination role is required.
