Line Leader

About the Role

Tanmiah Food Co. is seeking a Line Leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production lines. This full-time position involves maintaining stringent quality standards and strictly adhering to health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary parts are available and clean before the commencement of production.
• Verify that machines and production lines are correctly set up and assembled for operation.
• Dismantle, clean, and treat all components according to work instructions at the end of each production run, preparing them for the subsequent cycle.
• Complete all required process checks and accurately record data on relevant documentation.
• Identify problems as they arise and inform the supervisor of any deviations or unfamiliar situations.
• Provide instructions to team members to ensure an effective and efficient workflow.
• Ensure all in-process quality checks are performed, swabs and samples are taken, and tests are conducted according to work instructions.
• Maintain a neat and hygienic work environment through diligent housekeeping practices.
• Monitor and control all Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure all unused equipment accessories are stored appropriately.
• Control and utilize all processes, materials, and equipment in full compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Ensure all employees are present on the line when machines start and promptly inform the Supervisor of any issues.
• Verify that all line employees have the necessary tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a production line leadership or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
