The Role: Project Manager (C&A)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (C&A) to join our full-time team. This role is central to managing large-scale fit-out and construction projects from the planning phase through to completion. The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for project execution, encompassing planning, resource allocation, cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, safety protocols, commercial performance, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale fit-out and construction projects within approved budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Lead project teams and manage manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to achieve project milestones and productivity targets.
• Oversee project planning, progress monitoring, cost control, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), variations, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Manage approvals for designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Monitor labor productivity, resource availability, project costs, and overall performance, taking corrective action where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, quality standards, the Code of Ethics, and ERP/project management systems.
• Support the development and retention of project teams and contribute to Saudization, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Report project operational, financial, and progress status to the Project Director and support the implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Drive timely project completion and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12-15 years of proven experience managing large-scale fit-out and construction projects.
