Tamimi Group, HSM provides comprehensive marine support, including vessel management and chartering, shipping agency and logistics, and ship chandelling and provisions. The Role: Marine Operations & Technical Manager

The Marine Operations & Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia, specifically in the Eastern Region. This role is responsible for overseeing daily marine operations and technical support activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations for High Seas Marine & Industrial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily marine operations, including vessel deployment, scheduling, and coordination with offshore project teams.
Supervising technical support activities such as maintenance planning, repair work, and ensuring the readiness of vessels, equipment, and safety systems.
Managing operational procedures and monitoring performance.
Ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and company standards.
Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Optimizing resources for marine and technical services.
Leading operational teams and providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern Region. The manager will work closely with offshore project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless marine and technical operations.
