Clariness is seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative fluent in Arabic to manage clinical trial sites and ensure patient recruitment. This freelance position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on connecting doctors and patients within the healthcare sector.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate patient recruitment for clinical trials. The representative will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring effective communication and coordination between patients and medical professionals. This position is suited for individuals with a background in the medical field who are dedicated to patient well-being and health.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact person for patients, representing Clariness.
• Conduct patient screening calls, focusing purely on customer service without sales objectives.
• Assist in connecting doctors and patients to support clinical trial processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Native fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Prior experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a similar medical field position.
• Ability to make patient calls and adhere to strict screening protocols.
• Understanding of medical topics.
• Initial experience handling customer requests via phone and email; call center experience is ideal.
• Strong organizational skills and confident communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing first-class service to customers.

Work Schedule

The role requires availability to work during morning, noon, and afternoon hours, with potential evening availability as needed.
