About the Role

HUDSON is seeking Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for full-time positions in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on providing specialized field services for Medium Voltage (MV) Motors and/or Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drive (VSD/VFD) systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in these areas and be capable of working independently on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing installation and commissioning of MV motor systems.
• Conducting testing and startup procedures for relevant equipment.
• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshooting and repairing MV motor systems and associated control/protection systems.

Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates with direct hands-on experience in one or both of the following technical areas:

• Medium Voltage (MV) Motors.
• Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drive (VSD/VFD) systems.

Prior field service or customer-site experience is preferred, along with the ability to work autonomously.

Employment Terms

• The contract duration is 1 year, renewable.
• Working hours are 48 hours per week / 6 days per week.
• Overtime is available and paid.
• The company provides the necessary visa.
• The joining air ticket is provided by the company.
• Allowances for food, accommodation, and transportation will be provided in addition to the salary.
• The cost of GAMCA Medical and any required skill tests will be paid or reimbursed by the company.

Compensation

The salary for this position is open and negotiable, determined based on the candidate's experience and technical expertise.
