Officer Finance Business Partner

About the Role

Almosafer is seeking an Officer – Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This full-time role is central to enhancing reporting efficiency, providing actionable financial insights, and supporting critical business planning cycles. The successful candidate will contribute to fostering a data-driven culture and collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Support the delivery of relevant insights on revenue, demand, costs, and campaign performance to optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Contribute to month-end closing reports in collaboration with other finance stakeholders, meeting Group deadlines.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting cycles under senior guidance, ensuring compliance with Group timelines.
• Help collect, consolidate, and review data inputs from various business units for budgeting purposes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through consistent engagement and high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support new financial policy simulations.
• Participate in the automation, standardization, and improvement of recurring reports, and assist in maintaining data models and dashboards.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders.
• Engage in training programs, particularly focused on data visualization tools such as Tableau, and develop a foundational understanding of business performance metrics and financial concepts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Exposure to Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is considered a plus.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles.
