Operational Authorities Analyst

About the Role

stc is seeking an Operational Authorities Analyst to join its team. This full-time role is responsible for developing and maintaining the annual Authorities management plan, ensuring adherence to agreed plans and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role holder will operate in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures, contributing to the effective governance of operational authorities within the organization.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the development and implementation of stc's authorities methodology and management plans. This involves coordinating with various sector authorities teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure the comprehensive and consistent application of operational authorities across the company and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stc’s authorities methodology, standards, and enactment approach.
• Develop the annual authorities management plan in coordination with sector authorities teams, ensuring adherence to agreed plans and SLAs.
• Manage the end-to-end process of developing all stc types of Authorities, with a focus on Operational Authorities, in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries' governance to identify group decision rights and support group alignment initiatives.
• Identify all enactment needs (digital, awareness) and coordinate with sector authorities teams and Documentation Governance for necessary support.
• Maintain and ensure the publication of all stc authorities related to Operational Authorities through the Governance Portal.
• Develop and maintain an Operational Authorities Dashboard and provide periodic reports to management.
• Lead all authorities awareness initiatives and follow up with sector authorities teams for their specific enactment and awareness activities.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities and tasks as directed by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The position requires a foundational understanding of governance frameworks and operational processes to effectively contribute to the development and management of authority plans.
