About The Cloudors and the Role

The Cloudors delivers Oracle Cloud solutions with a focus on implementation, migration, and managed services. The company serves organizations across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, leveraging expertise in ERP, HCM, CX, and EPM/BI. We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Configure workforce management and analytics functionalities within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide client support through all project phases: design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Deliver comprehensive training and post-go-live support to clients.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
• Experience with HCM implementations within the real estate or construction industry.

The Selection Process

Our selection process typically involves 2-3 short interviews, followed by a paid practical work assessment. The steps are outlined below:

2. Culture Interview: A 30-minute video call to discuss your motivations for joining The Cloudors, assess cultural fit, and answer your questions about our team.
3. Technical Interview: A 45-minute session with the hiring team to evaluate the technical skills necessary for success in this role. No live coding is involved.
4. The Cloudors SuperDay: A paid day of work where you will participate in a standup, meet the team, and work on a task relevant to the role, providing a realistic view of working at The Cloudors.
5. Offer: A formal offer will be extended upon successful completion of the process.
