About the Role

GREENLAND GROUP is seeking a Planning Engineer to join their team. This full-time position involves developing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within established deadlines. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress diligently, identifying potential delays and developing effective recovery plans.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, providing clear updates on project status.
• Analyze project performance, including manpower and resource utilization, to optimize efficiency.
• Support overall project planning, budgeting, and ensure timely completion within set deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a planning engineering role.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
