Role Overview

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Plant Supervisor - Engineering for Saudi Nationals to join its Engineering team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working closely with operational departments to maintain high standards of safety, functionality, and guest comfort across the property. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Plant Supervisor will support the day-to-day management of engineering operations and contribute to the effective maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of plant equipment, utilities, and building systems.
• Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist in resolving technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and operational documentation.

Role Contribution

As Plant Supervisor - Engineering, you will help ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of the property's mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. This includes supervising engineering activities, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain a safe, compliant, and exceptional environment for guests and associates.
