Proaxia Aftersales Consultant

About the Role

Müller`s Solutions is seeking a Proaxia Aftersales Consultant to join our team. This full-time position involves supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using the Proaxia Automotive Solution. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Context

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. A key responsibility is to translate aftersales requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions, ensuring that business needs are met through robust system configurations and processes within the automotive aftersales domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions.
• Analyze business requirements related to automotive aftersales operations.
• Configure and support processes including service & workshop management, vehicle/service orders, parts management, warranty and claims, service contracts, dealer and customer service processes, and pricing and billing.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Support integration between Proaxia and other SAP modules/systems.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration and cutover activities where required.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct training for business users.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and other SAP functional consultants.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience, ideally with exposure to SAP Proaxia or similar automotive aftersales solutions. A foundational understanding of automotive aftersales business processes is beneficial for this role.
