About the Role

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a ProcureNet - Senior Procurement Specialist. This full-time role involves driving strategic sourcing and procurement excellence across assigned categories, focusing on value creation, supplier performance, and effective stakeholder collaboration within the organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing comprehensive procurement activities, ensuring that all processes align with strategic objectives. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of procurement principles and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories.
• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluations, and selection processes.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
• Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, with a preferred range of 5-10 years.
• Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS are considered an advantage.
