Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on leading regional LSS Projects to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and financial performance targets. The role involves developing skills, sharing information, and ensuring project management discipline to deliver projects on time and within planned gross margins.

Role Overview and Reporting Structure

The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of LSS Projects across the region. This position reports directly to the Projects Program Director and has a matrix reporting line to the regional Service Business Director. The primary objective is to ensure projects are executed efficiently and profitably, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Projects at a regional level (KSA, TICA & SSA) from opportunity to successful customer delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with zero or positive deviation.
• Lead a team of Project Managers in the region to achieve business commitments aligned with the AOP plan.
• Maintain acceptable levels of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve customer issues.
• Oversee the financial performance of Projects at the regional level, monitoring monthly performance and reviewing estimates versus actuals to improve operational metrics.
• Lead the implementation of productivity-enhancing process changes related to project delivery.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives to maintain market competitiveness.
• Control costs and maximize productivity through effective methods and standard processes.
• Drive Remote Migration Services for all Migration projects in the region.
• Enhance the utilization of GMSC for all Migration projects in the region.
• Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and materials while controlling inventory levels and ensuring proper project resourcing.
• Participate in the estimate review process before quoting jobs or contracts to ensure labor estimates are accurate and technical feasibility. Ensure subcontracts are complete and documented.
• Participate in material SIOP calls with factory planners to provide forecasts for backlog and front log project order demand.
• Manage performance, conduct appraisals, and provide coaching, training, career planning, development, salary administration, and recognition for LSS project managers in the region.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Thorough knowledge of LSS Projects field operations and financial processes.
• Demonstrated energy and determination to achieve results and improvements, overcoming obstacles and remaining effective despite setbacks.
• Ability to engage employees by providing timely, clear, and compelling information, and by valuing employee input.
• Capability to understand implications, assess acceptable risk, and take actions to minimize risk.
