About the Role

ABIS is seeking a Project Control Manager to oversee planning, cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting for EPC projects. This full-time role is critical for ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost and schedule baselines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline and updates.
• Manage project cost control systems and track budgets effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive project performance reports covering cost, schedule, and progress.
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight any deviations from planned baselines.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Support risk analysis and contribute to mitigation planning.
• Monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics to assess project health.
• Prepare client and internal project reporting dashboards.
• Support change order and variation cost analysis.
• Ensure alignment of project controls with contractual requirements.
• Assist in project forecasting and completion estimates.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls.
• Demonstrated experience specifically within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
