The Role of Project Manager - Operational Resilience Projects

CodeNinja Inc is seeking a Project Manager - Operational Resilience Projects to lead bank-wide IT Operational Resilience initiatives for a prominent Saudi banking client. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and is focused on ensuring alignment with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations. The position integrates technology delivery with regulatory compliance, driving disaster recovery readiness, Business Continuity Management (BCM) integration, cyber resilience, and the continuity of critical business services across the bank's technology and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of operational resilience projects across both business and technology domains.
• Coordinate efforts with various internal teams, including the Transformation Office, BCM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
• Ensure all project activities and outcomes align with SAMA operational resilience regulations and audit requirements.
• Manage resilience assessments, gap closures, disaster recovery drills, service continuity planning, and critical service mapping.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for steering committees, executive dashboards, and regulator evidence packs.
• Control project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and vendor delivery to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in project management, particularly within IT or operational resilience.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, specifically SAMA operational resilience regulations, is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical domains.
