Project Manager Real Estate

About the Role

HILL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Project Manager - Real Estate to oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management, focusing on large-scale infrastructure and city development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed, providing regular reports on project progress and performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards, including implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
• Identify and resolve project issues, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure continued compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience in major government and/or semi-government program and project implementations.
• Extensive experience in the project management of water and wastewater works.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• A record of engagement with government entities and utility providers.
