About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager Western Region to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving profitable sales growth and expanding market presence within the region, aligning with GROHE’s mission and corporate objectives.

Role Purpose and Strategic Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth across all market channels. The Project Manager will be instrumental in achieving annual sales targets, increasing market share, and enhancing GROHE's geographical presence within Saudi Arabia. This position plays a key role in strategic planning for channel development and overall country results.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Act as a main contributor to strategic planning for channel development.
• Execute the Sales Mission and Project Channel Sales Mission in alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Regularly align with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and targets for project business within the region.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in the country.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in project management or sales within a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, including designers and architects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and systems.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the Western Region. The role requires a proactive approach to market engagement and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
