The Role of Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. This role is central to managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing requirements to supporting candidate onboarding. The specialist will work to ensure that organizational hiring goals are met through effective and continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Identify staffing needs across various departments.
Source candidates through diverse channels and platforms.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate fit.
Support offer negotiation and facilitate onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Develop and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and business leaders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring practices.
