About the Role of Recruitment Officer

Panda Retail Company, part of Savola Group, is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle to meet Panda’s hiring needs, specifically for regional local Recruitment L1 & L2 positions, in alignment with the approved manpower plan. The role involves utilizing appropriate recruitment channels and executing assigned recruitment plans, while also contributing to Panda’s image as an employer of choice through participation in local recruitment events and managing the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Execute regional recruitment action plans for local L1 & L2 hiring, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and managing the interview process and logistics, to fulfill the assigned manpower plan.
Implement the full recruitment cycle in compliance with company policies and procedures to meet vacancy targets and quality performance standards.
Coordinate and follow up on technical interviews with technical managers to ensure timely filling of targeted vacancies.
Manage the onboarding process, from employment forms and logistics to documentation, until the joining date to support employee retention.
Maintain continuous communication and regular follow-up with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maximize candidate flow on Panda’s career page through job postings to meet business manpower requirements.
Implement the internal job posting process, including posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offering, in line with internal post guidelines.
Liaise with local agencies, colleges, institutions, and universities to foster industry-institute interaction.
Coordinate and participate in local recruitment events to enhance Panda’s employer brand.
Manage the seasonal recruitment process.
Update, monitor, maintain, and operate the applications database for future prospective positions.
Manage and update recruitment reports weekly, collaborating with internal and external parties.
Send lists of re-hires to the Human Resource Department for follow-up.
Ensure the recruitment process is conducted via the designated recruitment system.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Understanding of manpower requirements and ability to provide timely recruitment services.
Familiarity with full recruitment cycle processes and company policies.
