About the Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a Research Expert in Computer Vision & Image Processing to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This part-time role involves evaluating scientific manuscripts to ensure their quality, originality, and contribution to the field. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of submitted manuscripts, determining if they introduce new knowledge or insights to the field of study.
• Evaluate the study design and methodology for appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity to ensure reproducibility of research.
• Conduct thorough literature reviews to confirm that manuscripts incorporate and cite relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze results and conclusions to ensure they are presented clearly, are supported by the data, and hold significance for the field.
• Provide constructive feedback, suggesting improvements and highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns within the manuscript.
• Offer recommendations for publication status, which will inform the journal editor's final decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a related research or academic field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Computer Vision and Image Processing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for manuscript evaluation.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback.
