About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the daily reservations operations within its hotels in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing all aspects of the reservations process to ensure memorable guest experiences and optimize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily reservations operations, including room inventory, availability, group blocks, rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing and adjusting rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to manage group bookings, corporate rates, and special events effectively for revenue maximization.
Manage third-party channels by negotiating rates, maintaining relationships, and ensuring proper implementation of reservation procedures with booking sites and agents to maximize conversion.
Generate and review key performance reports, such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data, to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making.
Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
