About the Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Residential Accountant Villas & Residents to join the Finance team at the Red Sea Resort. This full-time position is central to managing the accounting operations for residential units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, meticulous owner accounts management, and adherence to company standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts specifically related to Villas & Residences.
• Prepare and post journal entries, with a particular focus on residential operations and owner transactions.
• Manage and reconcile owner accounts and service charges effectively.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, including the billing processes for residents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and thoroughly investigate any identified discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with the Residences team to ensure the seamless execution of financial operations.

Financial Operations and Reporting

• Assist in the accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the development of budgeting and forecasting activities for the residential segment.
• Ensure full compliance with established company policies and relevant local regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain comprehensive, proper financial documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant accounting role. This position requires a strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices, particularly within a residential or hospitality context.

Work Environment

This role is based in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Villas & Residences segment of the Four Seasons Red Sea Resort. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated Finance team, collaborating with various departments to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.
